PROTECT YOUR DRINKING WATER WITH EXPERT BACKFLOW REPAIR SERVICES

Your building's plumbing system relies on a properly functioning backflow preventer to maintain the safety of your drinking water. Backflow preventers
are essential installations in various areas such as irrigation systems, swimming pools, dishwashers, washing machines, and hose bibs. However, if your backflow preventer malfunctions, it poses a serious risk to the quality of your drinking water.

What our clients say

Our clients say nice things about our service...

Fantastic Employees!

I haven't worked with this company directly but have a recent experience with one of their employees that says a lot about how they approach service. I got a flat tire on a very busy road during a rainstorm. Rusty, a company employee, saw my situation and turned around to offer assistance. I quickly accepted his kind offer and he had the flat tire changed in about 15 minutes. Really saved the day and was very friendly while doing the work. So, if you're in need of All Pro Backflow's services, I'm confident based on Rusty's approach that they will help solve whatever needs addressing.

FAQ's

Backflow Questions? We've got answers.

We've been around since 1998. We've seen a thing or two.

What is backflow?

Backflow is the unwanted reversal of water flow and contaminants from any location into your drinking water system's distribution pipes.

What is a backflow assembly?

A backflow preventer/assembly is a plumbing device installed to stop contaminated water from flowing backward. When properly installed, tested, and maintained, these devices protect your community's water supply.

Am I required to have a backflow assembly?

Control of cross-contamination through backflow prevention is required in most situations, including irrigation water meters, multi-family housing, and all commercial and industrial properties.

Does my backflow assembly need to be tested?

Yes, if you received a backflow test notice from your Water District, you must have the test done within the given timeframe. Even without a notice, it's a good idea to test each backflow assembly at least once a year.

What happens if I do not have my backflow tested?

Failing to test your backflow assembly can lead to fines for not following the rules, and your water service might even be stopped or terminated to protect the public water system.

Why do I need my backflow assembly tested annually?

California law requires backflow preventers to be tested at least once a year to ensure drinking water safety. Regular testing also helps avoid bigger, more expensive repairs later on.

Does my water get interrupted during a test?

In most cases, water service needs to be interrupted for five to ten minutes to properly service your backflow preventer.
